This workshop is an introduction to Mindfulness, Values, and Character Strengths. Participants will also be introduced to the formal Mindfulness-Based Strengths Practice course. What sets MBSP apart is the powerful synergy created when mindfulness practices are combined with character strengths. 

 

Leveraging this synergy, MBSP teaches us how to integrate mindfulness into everyday moments, making it immediately practical and personally meaningful.
